hi There
Hello! My name is Amanda and I am a homeschool Mother of two smart children, who basically do most of their school work solo now. I am a writer and an artist. I have been writing and drawing since I was a very young child, sitting at the dining table. Tv off and imagination just running wild and free. I have learned a lot over the years about social media, art, and blogging. I enjoy creating and other hobbies. This page is a blog of my hobbies and my thoughts on life, creating whimsy, and my current work in progress. I cannot wait to share more as I discover with you what whimzy means to me as we embrace the art of being slow enough to enjoy a smile. Stopping to smell the flowers, and embracing the sun's light on our faces. Cherising the sounds of birds as we hum through life's melody.

5 Star Read of March was..."Project Hail Mary" by Andy Weir. The audio book was Fantastic, I highly recommend! This book was a bit boring at first because of all the math but I began to truly appreciate science and math near the end. I wanted more! I loved the relationship between Rocky and Grace. The sweet moments that made my eyes water and the laughter. I marked up my book with annotations and tabs. I don't think I have read a book that I have done that with in a long time. I can assure you this book is worth the time. It is a one in a million read.
